Supply Chain Delays:
Select items may experience longer lead-times; and delays may start and/or
end without notice. Item resupply may arrive without notice as well. To
treat all customers fairly, orders paid by credit card are charged at time
of order. Pre-paid orders are then prioritized + shipped by order date and
placed "in line" accordingly. Customer consents to and understands
due to extended and uncertain lead-times; an effected item will not deliver
for 30+ days; and Nationalew.com reserves the right, without notice, to
ship an upgrade substitute item that does the same and/or similar task,
or to limit order quantity, or to limit frequency of orders, or to limit
or suspend discounts and or to change pricing without notice. You may return
the upgrade substitute item (with our free return shipping label) or keep
substitute to complete critical task faster. For all other orders, you're
welcome to cancel your order prior to shipping at any time, thus losing
your order's place in line, at Contact
Us.
Title to Products:
Purchases through Nationalew.com are subject to a carrier contract. This
means risk of loss, damage and title for the products passes to you upon
carrier's possession of the order; and National is not responsible for any
loss, theft or damage either during or after delivery. You need to file

Free Delivery+Estimated Time:
"Free" delivery icon appearing on item page indicates the item ships
free UPS standard ground; there is no minimum order to qualify for free
delivery. Also, the "Free" icon indicates the item is eligible
for "Free" return shipping via UPS. Orders received by 2:30pm
CST processed same day. Most items ship within 1-10 business days depending
on delivery address location; and with select supply chain impacted items
taking 30+ days. Allow 1-10 business days for UPS standard ground delivery.
NEW has discretion to change carriers without notice.
Products + Pricing:
We work to ensure item price and info is accurate, but errors + omissions
can occur and are subject to correction. Pricing and item availability may
vary and change without notice.
Order Cancellation + Refund:
National reserves the right to cancel an order, at any time and for any
reason. If National cancels an order prior shipping, we will issue a refund
to the credit card used at time of purchase. Depending on your bank's processing
time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the cancellation to reflect
on your account. However, if you initiate a chargeback after we have initiated
the refund; our refund process stops immediately in order for the chargeback
to conclude, adding a delay up to 30 days to appear on your account. Orders
can not be cancelled after order has left for shipping; however customer
may initiate return at our Help Center upon their receipt of order.
Non-Returnable Items:
WTF Clearance or "Sale": Items marked online "WTF
Clearance" or "39-79% Sale". 31+ Days: Items received 31+
calendar days from ship date. New Floor Cleaning Machines: Non-returnable.
Warranty claims on machines are subject to approval of manufacturer and
terms of the warranty. Customer shall contact manufacturer directly for
all warranty claims. Machine Parts: Non-returnable. No Returns
- Final Sale: Item with this online label is non-returnable. Customer
refusing delivery or returning an item without an RA# will not be issued
a refund.
Payment + Credit:
Payments shall be by credit card. Qualifying customers who've applied for
and are approved to receive credit shall have payment terms of net 21 days.
Past due accounts incur 2% finance charge per month. Title to merchandise,
including if in possession of customer or another 3rd party, shall remain
with National until full payment received. Account with credit balance must
be used within 120 days or the credit balance will expire and be removed
from account; customer shall have no further claim. Customer agrees to pay
applicable sales or use taxes, shipping and delivery charges either invoiced
initially or thereafter. Customer shall pay National for its attorney fees
and collection costs, with or without suit.
Damaged + Lost Item(s):
UPS is legally responsible once it takes possession of your order from Nationalew.com.
Customer shall make a claim for damaged or lost item(s) directly to UPS

Returns+Refunds:
Items with "Free" shipping icon eligible for free return via UPS
within 30 days of delivery date and valid proof of purchase for: exchange;
refund issued to the credit card used to make the purchase or credit to
your account; depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to
10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. Shipping
cost for non-Free item is not refundable. See Return

Us. Customers receiving an RA # will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return
label. Drop off package(s) at any UPS store, or your own business if UPS

Place RA# on outside of package. Packages without RA# may be rejected or
refunds delayed in processing. Items opened or damaged or that do not have
a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
