Fragrance free + dye free = no painful skin reactions on those suffering chemical sensitivities.  

Helps meet OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards 29 CFR Part 1910.1030 + APIC Guidelines.  Not recommended to replace hand washing, but to supplement a hand washing compliance program.
