Damage: If visible damage at time of delivery, refuse delivery and contact National immediately. Claims for damage must be made within 48 hours.

Delivery: Most orders process within 1-3 business days. And, please allow 3 to 6 business days for UPS standard ground shipping, unless you've requested faster delivery at check-out. All orders are delivered by UPS.

Privacy: Except for secure credit card information, all other information shared by customer during purchase may be used and shared to improve your future shopping experience, identify other products and services you may find valuable.

"Sale" Clearance Items: Items marked as "Sale" clearance items are clearance items that are significantly discounted due to the item being discontinued, being overstocked, etc. Items identified as "Sale" clearance are not returnable. A customer refusing or denying delivery of "Sale" clearance items will not be issued a refund for either the merchandise amount of the shipping charge.

New and Used Floor Cleaning Equipment: Non-returnable. New Equipment is non-returnable. Warranty claims on new equipment are subject to the approval of the manufacturer and terms of the warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty claims. Used floor cleaning equipment is not returnable. A customer refusing or denying delivery of non-returnable new and used floor cleaning equipment will not be issued a refund for the equipment, nor the shipping freight charge.

Parts for Floor Cleaning Equipment: Floor cleaning equipment parts may be returned within 15 days of customer order receipt; and with a Return Authorization from National Everything Wholesale. A customer refusing or denying delivery of parts for cleaning equipment, will be issued a refund minus 25% restocking fee and minus shipping charges upon receipt by National of the merchandise. An equipment part that was used or installed is non-returnable. Customer is responsible for return delivery.

Custom Items: Custom items are non-returnable. Custom items include merchandise ordered with an imprint of a logo and/or other custom printed designs or information requested by customer. A customer refusing or denying delivery of custom items will not be issued a refund for either the merchandise or the delivery charge.

All Other Returns: Returns must be authorized. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable sales tax (or use tax) and delivery charges whether charged initially or thereafter. With Return Authorization (RA#) Number from 800-647-2737 (8am - 5pm CST) or returns@nationalew.com, we gladly accept returns item in original packaging up to 30 days from purchase date for either account credit, exchange or credit back (minus original delivery fee) to the charge card used to purchase. Customer responsible for return delivery. Important: Place the RA# on outside of return shipping carton. Packages without the RA# may be rejected or significantly delayed in processing.
