Due to COVID 19 + high order volumes and large order quantities of COVID 19 related items, our No Hassle Return policy (outlined below) is suspended until further notice. Orders paid by credit card are charged at time of order. Pre-paid orders are prioritized + shipped by order date and placed "in line" accordingly. Customer consents to and understands that High Demand COVID marked items (noted in item full description), manufacturer lead times and order shipping will be 30+ days; and reserves the right, without notice, to ship an upgrade substitute item that does the same and/or similar task, to limit order quantity, to limit frequency of orders, to limit or suspend discounts and to change pricing due to high demand, limited supply and cost changes. You're welcome to return the upgrade substitute item (free return shipping) or keep substitute to complete critical task faster. For all other orders, you're welcome to cancel your order prior to shipping at any time, thus taking your order "out of line" by initiating your request to cancel at our online Help Center. Large orders placed after March 1st, 2020 are not returnable after they have shipped; and this includes orders for the following item types, including but not limited to: select hand sanitizer refills; select disinfectant wipes; and nitrile gloves + other PPE.

Damage Item:
If visible damage to item at time of delivery, customer shall refuse delivery. Claims for damaged item must be made within 48 hours of delivery date to our online Help Center.

Missing Item:
Inspect + check your order carefully on delivery. Claims for missing item must be made within 48 hours of delivery date to our online Help Center.

Free Delivery + No Minimum Order + Estimated Time:
Items marked with "Free" delivery icon ship free UPS standard ground; and there is no minimum order to qualify for free delivery. Orders received by 2:30pm CST are processed same day. Most non-Covid items ship within 1-7 business days; and with select, identified High Demand Covid Items taking 30+ days. Allow 1-7 business days for UPS standard ground delivery, unless you select and pay for faster delivery options at check-out. Check your order delivery status at online Help Center. Orders delivered by UPS, though NEW has discretion to change carriers without notice.

We try to ensure all information is accurate, but errors and omissions occur and are subject to correction. Pricing and item availability may vary without notice, particularly High Demand Covid Items.

Order Cancellation:
National reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time and for any or no reason. If National cancels an order prior shipping, National will issue a total refund to the same credit used at time of purchase. Orders can not be cancelled after order has left for shipping; however customer may initiate return at our Help Center upon their receipt of order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customer refusing delivery of these items will not be issued a refund.

Sale Clearance: Items marked "Sale", "Clearance" or "% Off" are not returnable.

New + Used Floor Cleaning Equipment: New and used floor cleaning equipment are non-returnable. Warranty claims on new equipment are subject to the approval of the manufacturer and terms of the warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims.

Custom Print + Logo Items: Custom items include an item with a logo and/or other custom printed designs or information requested by customer.

Parts for Floor Cleaning Equipment:
Floor cleaning equipment parts may be returned within 7 days of customer order receipt; and with a Return Authorization. Customer refusing delivery of parts for cleaning equipment, will be issued a refund minus 25% restocking fee and minus shipping charges upon receipt by National of the merchandise. Equipment part that is not in it's original, unopened packaging, was used or installed is non-returnable.

Customer Credit Account:
Qualifying customers who've applied for and been approved to receive credit from National shall have payment terms of net 21 days. Past due accounts incur 2% finance charge per month. Title to merchandise, including if in possession of customer or another 3rd party, shall remain with National until full payment received. Account with credit must be used within 120 days before the credit expires and is removed from account. Customer agrees to pay all applicable sales or use taxes, shipping and delivery charges either invoiced initially or thereafter. Customer shall pay National for its attorney fees and collection costs, with or without suit, if customer's account referred to collection agency or attorney for collection.

All Other Returns:

Qualified items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with valid proof of purchase, for: exchange, refund issued to the credit card used to make the purchase or credit to your account; the refund will be issued up to 2 weeks from date item(s) are received by National. See Return Authorization form for full details; or visit our online Help Center to initiate a return. Customers receiving an RA # will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return label. Drop off package(s) at any UPS store, or your own business if UPS stops there. Package(s) WILL NOT be picked up by UPS at residences. Find your nearest UPS store.

Important: Place the RA# on outside of return shipping carton. Packages without the RA# may be rejected or refunds delayed in processing. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
